The Dept of Homeland Security is consulting with an Israeli company as to ‘ Interment Camps’ in remote southern states. An unidentified prison consultant has said the plan is to base these off the WW 2 Yakazasi style interment camps.

Mr Barkoff has written numerous studies and considered one of the top men in the correctional field. He has stated most of this is in the formative stages and there is nothing concrete.

He admits there have been talks with some small town officials about labor pools. He estimates the construction time could be as short as one year to a fully functional facility.
